JustLead, the flagship program of Emerald Youth Foundation, is an established, urban youth ministry that works with churches, schools, and families in Knoxville to help young people have the best opportunity to grow up loving Jesus Christ, succeed in school, be safe and healthy, and become leaders in their communities.

The JustLead mission is accomplished by long-term, time-intensive connections with young people through faith development, academic reinforcement, relationship building, and health-improvement activities.
