Welcome to JustLead.org, the online home of JustLead, an urban youth leadership ministry started by Emerald Youth Foundation, located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

 

In today’s society, too many young people are not connecting with adults in their communities or properly engaging with adults at home, church and school.

 

The consequences: Knoxville faces a shortage of inner city leaders, and without the proper environment to foster leadership development, our youth risk not becoming Christian men and women who will be church leaders, devoted spouses and parents, educators, competent employees, coaches, voters and compassionate neighbors in our urban communities.

 

JustLead is meeting those challenges and making a difference in the lives of children and young people of Knoxville.
